Mission
Creating Lasting Traditions
Doylestown Business and Community Alliance DBA Discover Doylestown is a non-profit organization of residents and businesses dedicated to celebrating our community and creating lasting traditions. Our efforts include the Doylestown Arts Festival, Doylestown 5K Race, Spooktacular Parade, Doylestown Pride Festival, Winter Festival, Seasonal Decorations, and much more! Since our beginning in 1989, our organization has been driven by the volunteer efforts of local residents and businesses. We are financially supported by our community & business members, donations, and our many fundraising events. We encourage all community members to get involved!
Helping hands are always welcomed! If you are interested in getting involved as a volunteer at president@discoverdoylestown.org.

The People Behind the Scenes
Volunteers are the heart of Discover Doylestown. As a nonprofit dedicated to promoting the vibrancy, culture, and well-being of our community, we rely on the time, energy, and passion of individuals who give their time to support our mission. Their impact can be seen across every corner of our work — from organizing community events and beautification projects to supporting the local business community and enhancing the experience for residents and visitors alike.
Because we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our resources aren’t infinite, and that's where volunteers make all the difference. They allow us to extend our reach and maximize the value of every dollar we raise. When someone gives their time, they are directly investing in the success of Doylestown’s downtown, making it a more welcoming, vibrant, and thriving place for everyone.
Their efforts don’t just support the logistics of events like the Doylestown Arts Festival, holiday celebrations, Pride events, and seasonal initiatives — they create the atmosphere that makes Doylestown special. Volunteers bring creativity, connection, and care, helping us foster a more engaged community.
