Symposium date: April 18th, 4-5:30pm and will include:

-Your own loaf of sourdough bread to score & take with you to bake in the comfort of your own home.
-Your own dehydrated starter. Ready to be rehydrated and used immediately or stored!
-A care card with instructions on how to store your freshly baked bread and an easy to follow recipe for future use.
-Fresh baked breads & cookies for purchase.
