A huge supporter of Fonthill and the Mercer Museum, NANCY BERGERE has written a wonderful interactive story book about Rollo, Henry Mercer's dog. The book is a total fundraising project. On Saturday, September 8th we will have a Rollo party at Booktender's Secret Garden (in Plaza East) with "Henry Mercer", "Rollo" and Mrs. Bergere. Your ticket to the party is the purchase of this book. Whereas we are "housing" the party, all funds ($18.00 with the 10% discount to you!) go to the fundraiser so payment on this day will be cash or check (made out to Fonthill Castle). The craft and treats begin at 9:30 with the "guests" here from 10 to 10:45. There will be the opportunity to take a picture with our guests! The book is so well done and fun and the project is just terrific.
